Job summary

First Call Contract Services is seeking a Warehouse Operative for a brand-new, state‑of‑the‑art warehouse near Coventry. The role offers a starting rate of £15.73 per hour with night shifts and weekly pay, plus a supportive environment and career development opportunities.

No experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. You will work as part of a friendly team, using a handheld scanner for order picking, packing, and loading goods in a fast-paced setting.

We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised logistics business, considered to be the leader in its field. Pay rates from £15.73 per hour depending on shifts. The role of Warehouse Operative is based in a state of the art new warehouse in Ryton-on-Dunsmore, near Coventry.

Shifts for Warehouse Operative:

• 22:00-06:00
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime available at weekends

Pay and benefits:

• £15.73
• Paid weekly
• Incentives of £300 per person will be available close to Christmas, payable for 100% attendance
