Job summary

The Whittan Group in Milton Keynes is seeking a Warehouse Operative level 2 to join our busy and growing operation. You will support loading from production to outbound vehicles, ensuring orders, stock and delivery times are met.

The role requires a Counterbalance forklift licence, numeracy and clear English communication. You will enter data into SAP, maintain stock accuracy, work across departments and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Counterbalance forklift licence required.
• High numeracy accuracy and ability to read and follow pick notes.
• Demonstrable knowledge of loading competency and load safety.
• Good communication skills in English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product is picked, packed and labelled correctly for dispatch.
• Enter data into SAP and extract data from SAP and warehouse systems.
• Keep the work area safe, clean and tidy.
• Maintain stock accuracy to a high standard.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and problem-free orders.
• Follow all operational and company procedures and report potential improvements to line manager or SHEQ.
• Ensure load list accuracy and report any discrepancies to Despatch.
• Notify Warehouse and Despatch teams of any discrepancies and/or shortages.
