Additional Resources Ltd. invites applications for a Warehouse Operative / Counterbalance Forklift Driver to support warehousing, pick-and-pack, and distribution for ecommerce and retail clients. The role requires a CB forklift licence and offers internal training for VNA licence, with a 9:00am–6:00pm Monday to Friday shift.

Qualifications

Valid Counterbalance (CB) Forklift Licence is essential.
Experience as Warehouse Operative or Forklift Driver is preferred.
Confidence operating material handling equipment safely.
Ability to carry out stock control, order picking and goods handling duties.
Reliable, flexible and can work well in a team.

Responsibilities

Operate warehouse equipment safely and in line with procedures.
Load, unload and move stock within the warehouse.
Use forklift trucks, pallet trucks and other material handling equipment.
Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch when required.
Carry out goods receipt checks and stock counts.
Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to manage inventory.
Ensure inbound and outbound goods are accurate and report any issues.
Complete routine equipment inspections and report faults.
Maintain a clean, safe working environment and follow health and safety procedures.
