Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to carry out manual handling and physically demanding tasks.
• Good attention to detail to ensure accurate picking and packing.
• Reliable, punctual and a team player.
• Strong communication skills and a positive work ethic.
• Comfortable resolving clients' enquiries.
• Computer/tablet literate.
• Follow health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload deliveries using proper manual handling techniques.
• Check incoming goods against delivery notes; report damages or discrepancies.
• Sort and store stock in correct warehouse locations.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks, pump trucks, and trained forklifts.
• Prepare goods for dispatch: labeling, wrapping, and pallet securing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
• Assist with stock takes and inventory checks.
• Follow safety procedures and warehouse regulations.
• Meet daily productivity targets as part of a team.
• Support general warehouse duties as required.
