Qualifications

• Essential: warehouse/logistics experience, ability to perform manual handling, good attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual, works well in a team and communicates clearly.
• Comfortable resolving client enquiries and following safety procedures.
• Computer/tablet literacy and willingness to work shifts/overtime/weekends.
• Basic numeracy and literacy for reading labels and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload deliveries using proper manual handling techniques.
• Check goods against delivery notes and report damages or discrepancies.
• Sort and store stock in correct locations; maintain clean work area.
• Operate forklift/pump trucks where trained and prepare goods for dispatch.
• Meet daily productivity targets and support team duties.
• Update warehouse system and handle enquiries by phone or in writing.
