Job summary

DSV is hiring a Warehouse Operator for our Tamworth operation. The role involves unloading, checking and prepping goods, picking, packing, labeling and palletising, and maintaining stock integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, strong safety awareness, and basic IT skills. MHE licences are desirable; own transport is required. Competitive salary and benefits available in a globally integrated logistics network.

Days/Shifts: Mon-Fri 8:30-17:00

We’re hiring a Warehouse Operator to join our fast-paced team in Tamworth. If you’re reliable, safety-conscious, and thrive in a hands-on environment, this is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic operation.

What will you be doing?

• Unload, check, and prepare goods for storage or dispatch.
• Pick, pack, label, and palletise products accurately.
• Process returned goods and maintain stock integrity.
• Perform quality checks and support inventory audits.
• Operate manual handling equipment and complete safety inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Report incidents and support continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment
• Good understanding of health & safety practices.
• Good level of spoken and written English, with the ability to understand bother verbal and written instructions
• Basic IT and data entry skills.
• Ability to plan and manage own time
• MHE licences (Counterbalance, Reach Truck, etc.) desirable.
• Own transport required.
