DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Brackmills, Northampton is hiring Warehouse Operators to join a fast-paced team. You will unload, check, and prepare goods for storage or dispatch, and ensure accurate receiving, packing, and put-away of stock.

You’ll follow SOPs, maintain high safety and quality standards, operate manual handling equipment, and support daily warehouse activities. This full-time role runs Mon-Fri 14:00–22:00 with start date October 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Understanding of health and safety practices.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Basic IT and data entry skills are a plus.
• MHE licences are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Unloading, checking and preparing goods for storage or dispatch.
• Picking, packing, labeling and palletising products accurately.
• Processing returned goods and maintaining stock integrity.
• Performing quality checks and supporting inventory audits.
• Operating manual handling equipment and conducting safety checks.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, organized working environment.
• Reporting incidents and supporting continuous improvement.

Days/Shifts: Mon-Fri 14:00 – 22:00

Start Date: October 2026

We’re hiring Warehouse Operators to join our fast-paced team in Brackmills, Northampton. If you’re reliable, safety-conscious, and thrive in a hands-on environment, this is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic operation. In this role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound goods, ensuring accurate receiving, checking, packing, and put-away of stock. You’ll follow standard operating procedures, maintain high standards of safety and quality, and contribute to the smooth running of daily warehouse activities.

What will you be doing?

• Unload, check, and prepare goods for storage or dispatch.
• Pick, pack, label, and palletise products accurately.
• Process returned goods and maintain stock integrity.
• Perform quality checks and support inventory audits.
• Operate manual handling equipment and complete safety inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Report incidents and support continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment
• Good understanding of health & safety practices.
• Good level of spoken and written English, with the ability to understand bother verbal and written instructions
• Basic IT and data entry skills.
• Ability to plan and manage own time
• MHE licences (Counterbalance, Reach Truck, etc.) desirable.
