Job summary

A Warehouse Operative is needed in Dover to support our growing manufacturing team. You will help ensure materials and finished goods are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently, contributing to a productive and reliable operation.

Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, picking for production, packing for dispatch, stock movements, and forklift operation where trained. We value reliability, attention to detail, teamwork, and a diligent approach to safety.

Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent

Shift Pattern: 3 Days / 3 Nights / 3 Off

We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our clients growing manufacturing team in Dover. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in warehouse operations.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play an important role in supporting production and ensuring materials and finished goods are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, check, and store incoming deliveries
• Pick materials and products accurately for production and customer orders
• Pack and prepare goods for dispatch
• Complete stock movements using warehouse systems and scanners
• Load and unload vehicles safely
• Carry out stock checks and report discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift/Combi Lift where trained

About You:

• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to working safely
• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Forklift or Combi Lift experience is an advantage, although training can be provided
