Our client, a leading player in the steel industry, is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Warehouse Operators to join their dynamic team in Cardiff (near Splott). Position: Warehouse Operator
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Cardiff (Near Splott)
Shifts: 4 on / 4 off (2 days, 2 nights, 12-hour shifts)
Starting Salary: 27,589 including shift supplement
Post-Probation Salary: 28,079 including shift supplement

What You'll Do:
As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working in a busy heavy industry environment
• Loading and unloading goods with precision and care.
• Scanning products for inventory management.
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Applicants must have a valid driving licence.
• Previous warehouse experience required
• FLT License a strong advantage but not essential
• A background in labouring, outdoor, or manual work a strong advantage
• A strong understanding of health and safety practises

The successful applicant will be required to complete a medical prior to starting which includes a drug and alcohol test
