Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is recruiting a Warehouse Operative in Petersfield for night shifts from 22:00 to 06:00. The role carries a salary of £28,990 plus a £2,809 shift allowance and an initial 6‑month contract.

You will ensure safe, accurate movement of materials and support production with high standards of safety and inventory accuracy. Experience in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environments is required; forklift licence is advantageous, and training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and process incoming goods and delivery documentation.
• Pick, issue and return raw materials, components, labels and finished goods for production and customers.
• Load, unload, wrap and prepare pallets for internal and external distribution.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet trucks and RF scanning equipment.
• Carry out regular cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy.
• Update warehouse systems and documentation accurately.
• Support waste, recycling and scrap management processes.
• Deliver materials to production areas and transfer finished goods to storage locations.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, GMP and warehouse procedures at all times.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative? Do you have experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing, logistics or FMCG environment? If so, this could be the role for you!

We are partnered with a leading global manufacturing business who are looking to hire a Warehouse Operative to support their warehouse and logistics operation.

This is a hands‑on role responsible for the safe, accurate and efficient movement of materials, components and finished goods throughout the facility. You'll play a key role in supporting production operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and inventory accuracy.

This role is offered initially for 6 months with the potential for extension review. This role will be working night shifts over the hours of 22:00-06:00, a rewarding night shift premium is paid for this.

Key Responsibilities:
