Job summary

Pertemps Bond is recruiting Parcel Sorting/Warehouse Operatives to support Royal Mail at the Northampton Parcel Sorting Centre (NN7 4GP) during their busiest time of year. No previous warehouse experience is required, and full training will be provided.

Roles run November to December 2026 with morning, afternoon and night shifts, weekly pay, holiday pay and pension contributions. DBS checks are required for successful applicants.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for reliable, hardworking team players who are comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Previous warehouse or parcel experience is beneficial but not essential.
• No previous warehouse experience is required and full training will be provided.

• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving parcels around the hub, sometimes using roll cages
• Working as part of a busy team to meet targets
• Following site health and safety procedures

Looking for work this festive season? Pertemps is recruiting Parcel Sorting/Warehouse Operatives to support Royal Mail at the Northampton Parcel Sorting Centre (NN7 4GP) during their busiest time of year.

No previous warehouse experience is required, and full training will be provided.
