Job description

We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our Middlewich Distribution Centre on a Monday to Friday rotational shift or the Night Shift.

New Rates:

• Days = £12.21
• Nights = £12.96

We also pay 1.5x overtime during October, November, December.

We have increased our Holiday Entitlement along with service!

Available Shifts:

• Monday to Friday rotational (6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm)
• Night shift Sunday to Thursday (10pm to 6am)

This role involves no freezer work!

Role of a Warehouse Colleague:

Warehouse colleagues are responsible for serving our customers better than anyone else by ensuring the right stock reaches the right place at the right time.

• Picking products for stores is a key part of the role.
• You will be trained to drive safely around our warehouse using Mechanical Handling Equipment called LLOPs.
• Once trained, you will learn how to pick products correctly and stack them on pallets for dispatch.

Additional Information:

• No chill or freezer work involved.
• We seek team players who can also work independently.
• You must be self-motivated, able to work at pace, and meet standards and targets.
• The role can be physically demanding but will keep you active.
• Experience is desirable but not essential.
