Full-time
Warrington
Job Description

£13.44 per hour - Plus a range of additional benefits and the opportunity to earn an annual bonus of £1,500

Sunday - Thursday 9am - 6:30pm with 1 in 3 Sundays off, working the Friday instead

Discover the best of both worlds. As the UK industry leader, we offer job security and career development – with the family feel, rewards, and recognition of our friendly warehouse team in Warrington. We take pride in looking after our people. Along with plenty of perks, a generous salary, realistic bonuses, and other financial rewards, you’ll enjoy training and support to advance your career.

We supply great food to hospitals, schools, and some of the best-known restaurants and pubs. Your role will mainly involve replenishing goods and storing stock to enable the team to pick customer orders. In line with operational demands, you will also support the wider warehouse team and pick stock when needed. It starts with a full induction, and with our backing and optional accredited training—including first aid and HGV driving—there’s no limit to your potential. Almost 90% of our managers started here as Warehouse Operatives. Once you’re in, there are opportunities to change shifts, roles, and progress up the career ladder.

To join us, ideally, you will have experience using a Fork Lift Truck. We accept in-house or external licenses, but training will be provided. You need an eye for detail, the ability to read and understand English, and to be comfortable working in a cool environment (we’ll provide a free thermal uniform to keep you warm). You should be physically fit, able to lift weights of up to 25kg, and able to commute to the site. In return, you will enjoy job stability and benefits such as:

  • Generous annual leave with an option to buy more
  • Heavily discounted quality food, hotels, and restaurants
  • Reward and recognition schemes
  • Free food days, family days, and summer BBQs
  • Charitable events to participate in
  • On-site dining and break areas
  • A health and wellbeing programme

People will always need to eat, so we’ll always need to deliver food.

Join our valuable warehouse team and see how far you could go with us.
