Job summary

Celtic FC is seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives (part-time) based at Celtic Park in Glasgow to support the warehouse operation. You will be responsible for picking, packing and processing orders to a high standard.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will work flexible hours including weekends and match days, maintain health and safety standards, and assist with stock control and returns. Experience in warehouse roles is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Ability to prioritise and manage workload.
• Excellent communication and numeracy.
• Able to work as part of a team or on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure accurate personalisation where required (e.g. shirt printing).
• Receive, check and sort stock; maintain KPI standards.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, drivers and couriers.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies in the Retail Warehouse.
• Maintain stock accuracy for auditing and stock control.
• Process returns from stores promptly.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
• Maintain professional and inclusive communication with the team.
• Contribute to a collaborative working environment across the Club.

ROLE: WAREHOUSE OPERATIVES (PART-TIME)

Celtic Football Club is currently seeking to recruit experienced Warehouse Operatives based at Celtic Park to support the Warehouse operation on a part-time basis. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, these roles will be responsible for picking, packing and processing orders to a high standard.

Key Accountabilities

• To ensure all deliveries, allocations and replenishment stock is picked, packed and dispatched in a timely and accurate manner, in line with set operational KPI's
• Ensure accurate personalisation, where required (for example shirt printing)
• Receiving, checking and sorting the full range of Celtic’s products entering the warehouse and ensuring they are processed in a timely and accurate manner, in line with set operational KPI's
• Communicate effectively with all relevant personnel i.e. colleagues, Managers, delivery drivers, couriers
• Responsible for ensuring all Health & Safety is adhered to within the Retail Warehouse.
• Ensure stock & inventory is accurate for auditing/stock control purposes
• Effectively process returns from stores in a timely manner
• Any other duties as reasonably requested by management
• Ensure all communications with colleagues are professional, appropriate and considerate of individual needs and circumstances
• Actively build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues across the Club. Ensuring a collaborative approach is always adopted

Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
