Meridian Business Support is recruiting for Warehouse Operative roles in Lutterworth (LE17). The position offers £13.06 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts with weekly pay and no weekend work. Full training, ongoing work, and a supportive team environment are provided, with free onsite parking.

The role involves unloading containers, moving stock and pallet preparation in a busy warehouse setting, with requirements for regular lifting and manual handling. DBS check may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics or distribution experience.
• Experience unloading containers or handballing stock would be beneficial.
• Good physical fitness and ability to carry out manual handling duties.
• A reliable attitude and ability to work well within a team.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading large containers by hand
• Handballing stock from containers onto pallets
• Sorting and organising products ready for dispatch
• Shrink wrapping pallets securely
• Stacking pallets ready for transportation
• Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
