Job summary

Finsbury Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join the Lees Warehouse Team in Scotland. You will help ensure smooth daily operations, loading/unloading, stock handling, and order picking to support fast-moving confectionery production.

Ideal candidates will have warehouse experience, be comfortable with handheld scanners and stock control, and maintain high health and safety standards in a busy environment. Full training available; forklift license desirable.

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
  • Comfortable with handheld scanners and stock control.
  • Confident with numbers and warehouse systems.
  • Health & safety conscious and diligent.

Responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading vehicles efficiently and safely.
  • Physically handling and scanning stock/materials using handheld scanners.
  • Putting stock away and updating relevant system.
  • Picking stock for work orders and processing goods from pick lists.
  • Completing accurate paperwork to match goods picked and delivered.
  • Maintaining accurate stock levels and traceability.
  • Ensuring proper stock rotation and upholding GMP standards.
  • Prioritising and promoting Health & Safety compliance at all times.
