Job summary

Staffline is hiring a Warehouse Operative for a full-time, 4 on 4 off shift pattern in the UK. Hours are 6am–6pm and 6pm–6am, with day and night pay and overtime premiums.

You will unload lorries, handle goods in/put away, pick and pack orders, load lorries, and maintain hygiene. On-site canteen, free parking, PPE, and full training are provided.

Locations include Beeston, Hunslet and Middleton, with a temporary peak rate valid until 2 January 2027.

• Picking/packing experience is required.
• Applicants must follow instructions and have good spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail.

Rate of Pay

• Days £13.21 per hour
• Nights £15.47 per hour

Overtime

Overtime is available and is paid at a premium of £2.67 per hour

• Days £15.88 per hour
• Nights £18.14 per hour

Schedule

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, 4 on 4 off, and the hours of work are:

• 6am to 6pm
• 6pm to 6am

Bus Service

Daily return ticket cost £8

This is a temporary peak rate only valid until Saturday 2nd January 2027

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will be physically fit due to the nature of the role, as it involves a lot of walking and repetitive moving, and lifting of stock. You will have the flexibility to do various tasks across the shift.

Applicants will be able to follow instructions, have good spoken English and show great attention to detail.

Picking/Packing experience is required.
