Job summary

Staffline is recruiting for a warehouse associate to unload lorries, receive goods, pick and pack orders, and load deliveries on a fixed 4 on 4 off shift. The role is physically demanding, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and safety. You must be able to follow instructions, maintain hygiene, and have good spoken English.

Overtime is available, with peak pay and training provided. Location-based shifts cover Beeston, Hunslet, Middleton, with onsite Staffline support and parking.

Qualifications

• Physically fit due to standing and lifting during shifts.
• Able to follow instructions with high attention to detail.
• Good spoken English required for communication and safety.
• Experience in picking/packing processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unloading lorries and handling goods on the warehouse floor.
• Receiving goods, goods in and put away to correct locations.
• Picking items for orders and packing for dispatch.
• Loading lorries for deliveries and ensuring safe load.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in work areas.
• Follow shift routines during 4 on 4 off pattern.

The rate of pay is £13.21 per hour.

This is a peak payrate until 2nd January 2027 - £13.21 x 4 shifts = £607.66 on days!

Overtime is available and is paid at £15.88 per hour.

This is a temporary peak rate valid until Saturday 2nd January 2027.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, 4 on 4 off, and the hours of work are:

• 6am to 6pm

Bus service starting

Daily return ticket cost £8

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will be physically fit due to the nature of the role, as it involves a lot of walking and repetitive moving, and lifting of stock. You will have the flexibility to do various tasks across the shift.

Applicants will be able to follow instructions and show great attention to detail.

You must have good spoken English.

Picking/Packing experience is required.
