Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client - a main distribution centre for major high street supermarkets focused on homeware products.

Subsidised transport available from pickup points in Leeds (LS8, LS10, LS11, LS15) - This is for the shift only

Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in Sherburn-in-Elmet.

The rate of pay is £ per hour.

Overtime is available and is paid at £ per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, either on an 8 or 12-hour shift pattern. The hours of work are:

• 7am to 7pm or 7pm-7am (4 shifts on 4 shifts off) - no transport
• or (4 shifts on 4 shifts off) - subsidized buses

Various 8-hour shift patterns may be available across a 7 day period.

Your duties as a Warehouse Operative include:

• Goods In/Unloading
• Put away
• Picking (manual or automated)
• Despatch/Loading
• Heat press shirt printing
• Returns

This role involves manual handling and some heavy lifting up to 25KG.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has accuracy and speed in picking, with good attention to detail
• Possesses good written and spoken English due to health and safety requirements
• Is physically fit for manual handling and lifting
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential, as full training is provided
