ALLSAINTS Retail Limited in Aylesford is seeking a warehouse operative to support picking, goods in, stock counts and stock processing at our Kent distribution centre. You will handle varied duties across stores and wholesale partners, ensuring accurate stock and timely handling of deliveries.

Working as part of a small, dedicated team, you’ll prioritise accuracy, reliability and proactive problem solving while maintaining clean, well-organised working areas and adhering to company procedures

Responsibilities

• Picking – accurately and efficiently pick for stores and partners.
• Goods In – unload, verify and put away deliveries with accuracy.
• Store Returns – process returns and investigate shortages for stock accuracy.
• Processing – ensure stock is supplier compliant before leaving DC.
• Administration/Stock Counts – daily/weekly stock checks to prevent losses.
• Adhere to procedures for use and care of company property and equipment.
• Housekeeping/General standards – keep warehouse clean and well-organised.
