Howdens Joinery is UK's leading trade kitchen supplier, seeking a Warehouse Person in Kingston. You will unload deliveries, check stock, rotate stock and support trade customers while maintaining high health and safety standards. The role offers a team-driven environment with a 40-hour week and strong depot incentives.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence desirable.
• Good understanding of stock control and health and safety.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with stock records.
• Good literacy, numeracy and time management skills.
• Customer focused with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Clear communication and strong planning skills.
• Reliable, hands on and committed to a tidy, safe warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries and check stock accurately per health and safety standards.
• Carry out daily checks on forklift trucks and equipment.
• Ensure stock is secure and prepared for dispatch.
• Complete regular stock checks and maintain records.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and efficient via stock rotation.
• Support trade customers with professional service.
• Assist with deliveries, collections and general warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with depot team to keep operations running smoothly.
