Job summary

Lidl GB is hiring a Warehouse Operative in the United Kingdom. The role is part-time, up to 30 hours per week, with a pay rate of £14.45 per hour.

You’ll be picking products, assisting with stock checks and processing orders to ensure our shelves stay stocked and customers are satisfied. Shifts are varied, and you’ll benefit from a 10% in-store discount and enhanced family leave as part of Lidl’s commitment to staff wellbeing.

What you'll do

• Multitask and carefully listen to picking instructions through your headset to carry them out swiftly
• Pack a variety of our products including meat, fruit, frozen and chilled items (with premium payments of £1.50/hour when working at temperatures as low as -18°C)
• Make sure your deliveries are perfectly stacked and secure
• Report any damaged items to your manager
• Responsibly and independently work through your orders

• Ideally, previous experience working night shifts
