You will work as part of a team, adhering to processes and KPIs while operating forklifts and related equipment in a busy distribution environment. The company emphasizes development and wellbeing with benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment is desirable.
• Understanding of stock management systems and procedures is desirable.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Handle product safely with a high degree of accuracy.
• Safely build pallets, carts or cages for receiving, loading and delivery to customers.
• Adhere to stock management processes and procedures.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards and KPI targets for the department.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks and conveyors with safety.
• Maintain housekeeping and basic sanitation to keep a clean environment.
• Carry out relevant work instructions within the department.
• Work efficiently as part of a team.
• Fulfill training programs for personal development.
