Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting an experienced Warehouse Operative/Relief driver for a busy distribution centre in Widnes. You will perform order picking, packing, stock control, and relief driving on a local route, with other warehouse tasks as needed.

Hours are 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start after interview. This is long-term ongoing work with potential for permanent placement.

• Dealing with items of returned stock
• Stock control
• Relief driving - local route
• Any other warehouse associated tasks

Job description

Due to a huge increase in work, our client, a leading distributor is looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse Operative/Relief driver to work in their busy distribution centre.

Daily tasks will include:

• Order picking
• Packing orders into boxes & bags ready for despatch
• Dealing with items of returned stock
• Stock control
• Relief driving - local route
• Any other warehouse associated tasks

The working hours are 0830 - 1730 Monday to Friday.

An immediate start is available after successful interview, this is long term/ongoing work.
