Night shift: 02:00am - 10:30am

Am Shift: 05:00am - 1:30pm

Your Role

As a Lidl Warehouse Operative, you’ll ensure our stores receive the right stock on time. Your tasks include picking products, checking stock, and working independently to process orders, helping us keep our shelves stocked and our customers happy.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow picking instructions accurately via headset
• Pack a variety of products, including frozen and chilled items (additional £1.50/hour at temperatures as low as -18°C)
• Ensure deliveries are securely stacked
• Report damaged items
• Work independently through your orders
