XPO is recruiting a Warehouse operative/Reach truck driver for the Burton Latimer contract, at their production facility. Night shifts are 19:00–07:00, with two fixed patterns: Wed–Fri one week and Tue–Fri the next; or Sun–Tue one week and Sun–Wed the next.

Salary is £16.40 per hour. Benefits include 20 days of holiday plus eight bank holidays, pension, discounts, cycle to work, holiday pay, and access to the XPO University with relevant courses and apprenticeships.

Formación

• Experience in warehousing environments.
• Valid Reach truck licence preferred.

We're looking to bring in a Warehouse operative/Reach truck driver on the night shift, for our contract based in Burton Latimer. Based at their production facility. We have two fixed night shift patterns available, both 19:00 - 07:00,

• Wednesday - Friday one week and Tuesday-Friday the next.
• Sunday - Tuesday one week and Sunday -Wednesday the next.

Pay, benefits and more:

What you'll do on a typical day:

• General warehouse duties
• Loading and unloading our vehicles and storing goods in an organised manner
• There is a large amount of manual handling involving cages and larger items, so you must be happy to do the lifting and shifting!

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• A focus on health and safety
• A focus on health and safety and a Valid and in date accredited Reach truck licence
• Experience within Warehousing would be beneficial
• Preferred but not essential experience with double handling but training will be given
• Preferred but not essential experience in bulk stacking but training will be given
