Job summary

V3 Recruitment LTD is seeking a Warehouse Operative for a site in Havant. You will support safe receipt, storage and despatch of goods with a focus on accurate handling and documentation.

You will collaborate with production teams to meet raw material needs, perform weekly stock checks, maintain records, and uphold a safe, tidy working environment. Experience with WMS/ERP and courier software is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience and understanding of clean room handling and storage.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Methodical approach with high attention to detail for accurate handling and despatch.
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Adaptability to urgent requirements
• Awareness of quality standards (ISO 9001 / GMP) is a plus
• Good administrative and computer literacy skills
• Experience with warehouse management systems / ERP
• Forklift counterbalance/flexi licence is advantageous
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma concepts is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Assist in safe receipt, storage and despatch of goods.
• Internal movement of inventory and goods in handling.
• Prepare and pack finished goods for shipping; generate CoC.
• Maintain stock records and support weekly cycle counts.
• Attend team meetings and follow procedures; promote safety and cleanliness.
• Support other areas as required.
