Job summary

HRGO Recruitment is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a leading logistics company based in Sheffield (S9). This role involves loading/unloading, picking orders and handling PPT equipment in a busy warehouse environment.

We seek reliable candidates with at least 6 months warehouse experience, good numeracy and the ability to work rotating shifts 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm. Immediate starts and weekly pay are available.

Qualifications

• Good literacy and numeracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload containers and delivery vehicles.
• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately.

The Role:

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

• Loading and unloading containers and delivery vehicles
• Picking and preparing customer orders accurately
• Moving stock safely throughout the warehouse using PPT equipment (no licence required)
• Inspecting, organising and wrapping pallets ready for dispatch
• Supporting general warehouse operations to ensure daily targets are met

Please note: This is a physically demanding role involving manual handling and heavy lifting.

Shift Pattern:

Days/Afternoons-

• Rotating 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm

About You:

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A minimum of 6 months' warehouse experience
• Previous experience using PPT equipment (no formal licence required)
• Good levels of literacy and numeracy
• A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• The ability to carry out manual handling and work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Right to Work documents
