Job summary

Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our client's logistics centre handling car parts. Immediate starts are available and a recruitment event is held on 23rd October where you can meet the team and tour the warehouse. The role pays £13.13 per hour with a weekly shift allowance of £44.37, plus overtime at time and a half.

The position is full-time with fixed shifts (Mon-Wed, Thu-Fri). Candidates will need their own vehicle due to late shifts and no public transport.

Qualifications

• Good attention to detail and accurate work with parts and dispatch.
• Reliable timekeeping and ability to work toward targets.
• Effective communication and teamwork across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Dispatching, sorting and quality checking after-sales car parts.
• Handling car parts and delivering a high standard of service.
• Picking car parts and using MHE (training provided).

The rate of pay is

£13.13 per hour +

Shift allowance paid weekly at £44.37!

Weekly earning £556.44 before NI and tax deduction.

Overtime is available and is paid at time and a half.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, and the hours of work are:

• Monday to Wednesday,
• Thursday and Friday,

Due to the shift pattern and no public transport after the end of the shift, you will need your own vehicle.

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties include:

• Dispatching/Out sorting/Quality checking of after-sales within the motor industry.
• Handling car parts and delivering a high standard of service to the customer
• picking car parts
• MHE experience (would be an advantage but training will be provided)

Applicants must have good attention to detail, timekeeping skills, and work well with others within various teams throughout the operation. You will be happy to work towards targets and deadlines. Good listening and communication skills would be beneficial.
