Job summary

Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in Hinckley for a full-time position with fixed shifts. The role involves stacking items, meeting targets, and maintaining high accuracy, with training provided.

Warehouse Operative for one of the UK's leading supermarkets.

Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in

Hinckley.

The rates of pay are:

• Days basic
• £15.26 per hour
• £20.29 per hour
• Bank holidays and overtimes
• £22.89 per hour

We are offering performance-related bonuses of £0.30, £0.60, or £1.00 p/h, depending on how much performance has been achieved.

This is a

full time role, working fixed shifts and the hours of work are:

• 10am to 6pm
• 2pm to 10pm

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative your duties will include:

• Stacking items
• Meeting targets
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy

The Warehouse Operative role includes heavy lifting and repetitive actions.

Our ideal Warehouse Operative works well alone or as part of a busy team. You will have great attention to detail and accuracy in your work.

Applicants will be physically fit as there is some heavy lifting and repetitive actions involved in this role.

Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative and operating manual handling equipment would be beneficial, however, is not necessary as full training is provided.
