Job summary

Winner Recruitment Ltd is hiring Warehouse Operatives for a large e-commerce fulfilment centre in Barnsley. This role involves picking, packing and, for FLT positions, driving Reach/Counterbalance trucks. Full training is provided; no experience is required for pick and pack.

Shifts available: Days, Twilight and FLT roles with licence; weekly pay, on-site parking and canteen. Opportunities for temp-to-perm based on attendance and performance.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail to pick correct items
• Basic English to read lists and on-screen instructions
• Physically fit for shift and manual handling
• Reliable and punctual
• No experience required for pick and pack

Responsibilities

• Picking customer orders accurately and on time
• Packing orders so they arrive safely and look right
• Unloading containers and putting stock away
• Using handheld scanners and computers to check stock levels and keep records accurate
• Driving Reach and Counterbalance trucks (licensed drivers only)
• General warehouse duties and keeping your area clean and safe
