Job summary

Ctrg are recruiting for Picker / Packer (Warehouse Operatives) at our brand new Barnsley Fulfilment Centre. This temp-to-perm role offers ongoing work with the potential to become permanent, and hours across days, twilight and nights.

Pay rates are £12.73 per hour days, £13.07 twilight and £13.71 nights. You’ll work a minimum of 40 hours per week with training provided; full training and a friendly, fast-paced team await you in Barnsley.

Qualifications

• No previous picking + packing experience required - full training provided.
• Must be able to travel to Barnsley site.

Responsibilities

• Pick + pack using a scanner.
• Scan and log stock accurately.
• Check labels and ensure parcels are categorized correctly.
• Work as part of a team and keep area clean and safe.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.

Job Details

Temp to Perm+ Ongoing, with the opportunity to become a permanent member of the team.
Location: Barnsley - S74 0FQ
Pay Rate: £12.73 Days / £13.07 Twilight / £13.71 Nights
Hours:
Days 8am or 9am start (any 5 from 7 days)
Twilight 1pm or 2pm or 5pm (any 5 from 7 days)
Nights 10pm (any 5 from 7 days)

Minimum of 40hrs a week + additional hours if required

• Potential opportunity to move into a permanent position

The Role

As a Picker / Packer (Warehouse Operative) your duties will include:
Picking + Packing using a scanner
Scanning + logging of stock accurately
Checking labels and ensuring parcels are correctly categorised
Working as part of a team
Keeping your work area clean, tidy and safe
Following all company health and safety and security procedures
