Job summary

Jobandtalent is recruiting for an FLT Picker to join a leading logistics company in Worksop. You will operate FLT Reach, VNA, and PPT equipment, perform pallet and case picking, and manage stock reallocation, while upholding safety and accuracy in daily warehouse duties.

The role is full-time with fixed shifts (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00) and paid at 13.20 GBP per hour. Training is provided; own transport may be needed for outside Worksop.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Warehouse experience or willingness to train.
• Physically fit for manual handling.
• Own transport if living outside Worksop within 40 minutes.
• Valid forklift licence or Reach Truck/VNA experience.
• Strong team player with high flexibility.
• Demonstrates responsibility and duty of care.

Responsibilities

• Operate FLT Reach, VNA, and PPT equipment.
• Perform pallet and case picking tasks.

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an FLT Picker to work with a leading logistics company in Worksop. This role involves a variety of warehouse tasks, including operating specialized equipment and managing stock.

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Fixed shifts available: 06.00-14.00, 14.00-22.00, or 22.00-06.00
• Includes a 30-minute unpaid break per day

Pay rates

• 13.20 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for FLT Picker

• Minimum 18 years old
• Previous warehouse experience or willingness to undergo full forklift picking training
• Physically fit for manual handling duties
• Own transport if living outside the Worksop area (within 40 minutes travel time)

Desirable requirements for FLT Picker

• Valid forklift licence or recent experience on Reach Truck or VNA truck
• Strong team player with a high level of flexibility
• Demonstrates self-awareness, responsibility, and a strong duty of care
