Job summary

Argos Local Fulfilment Centres in the UK are hiring overnight team members to move and manage stock, pick orders, and ensure quick delivery to drivers and customers. You’ll work in a 24-hour operation, coordinating with colleagues to keep processes efficient and accurate.

Join a team with supportive management and opportunities for part-time or flexible hours. Training and development are available as you grow with the role.

Qualifications

• You must be above the school-leaver age in your country.
• Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
• Must hold a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points.
• Temporary roles may be available during the festive period; check contract type and schedule hours before applying.

• Work overnight, guided via headset, to pick orders in the depot and deliver them quickly to waiting drivers and customers.
• Put deliveries away in the correct locations and support stock management.

Prefer to work overnight? Our Argos Local Fulfilment Centres (LFC’s) are a 24-hour operation, we offer a brilliant choice and quick service to our customers. We offer online ordering, home delivery and click and collect services to our customers, and to do this efficiently we need brilliant colleagues to move and manage our stock to make sure our customers get exactly what they have ordered and receive a brilliant experience.

It’s our customer focus. We don’t have to wait for a spreadsheet or graph to tell us how well we’re doing, because we’re getting feedback directly from the customers. So, you’ll hear firsthand the kind of impact you’re making.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work overnight, guided via headset where the orders are in the depot, pick the right ones, and deliver those quickly to waiting drivers and customers. You’ll also be putting deliveries away in the correct place.

The centre is built on teamwork, and you’ll soon get into the rhythm of the job with friendly colleagues around to help you.
