Job summary

Routes to Work in Cumbernauld is recruiting for Night Shift Warehouse Operatives on a permanent full-time contract. You will join a growing team, multitask, follow structured processes, and maintain a safe, efficient warehouse environment.

Shift pattern is 00:00-09:00 Mon-Fri or Tue-Sat, nine-hour shifts with a one-hour unpaid break. Hourly rate is £13.54. Training on MHE will be provided, with potential progression to Team Leader or Supervisor as the business grows.

• Load, unload and sort customer orders accurately.

• Lift heavy items and move pallets; ensure safety.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

• Load, unload and sort customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a consistent and excellent level of customer service
• Maintain a strong work ethic in a fast pace manual and physical role
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Communicate well with co-workers and management
• Consistent with quality service standards and comply with procedures
• Physically fit as role involves a lot of lifting of items and moving pallets.
• PC Skills, experience in warehouse work, attention to detail

MHE Training will be available (Counter balance FLT & Powered Pallet Truck)

Warehouse operatives can progress through Team Leader > Supervisor as the business continues to grow
