Do you have previous warehouse experience? We’re looking for full-time, permanent Warehouse Operatives to join us at our Hatfield operation, in partnership with Arla Foods, handling some of the best-known brands in the UK.

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll work in our busy operations department (full training provided). You’ll work 40.25 hours per week on a 4 on 4 off night shift from 19:00 to 07:00. In return, we offer a competitive rate of £14.90 per hour, with overtime available at an enhanced rate.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

As our new warehouse colleague at Hatfield, it will be your responsibility to ensure that our products are accurately picked and dispatched to our customers on time and in full. You will be part of a high-performing, dynamic team, primarily expected to:

• Work in a chilled environment (1-4°C)
• Move liquid dairy products across the site
• Perform manual order picking using MHE trucks and RF guns
• Perform various warehouse tasks
• Work according to strict health and safety and food hygiene standards
• Manage stock movement and stock rotation in the fridge

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Basic IT skills
• A willingness to learn and build a new career
• An interest or previous experience in warehousing
• The skills to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
