Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Operatives for a brand-new e-commerce operation in Milton Keynes. We want reliable, motivated people to join a growing team across several warehouse departments and start immediately with full training provided.

The role covers inbound, outbound, inventory, sortation and general warehouse duties. You'll pick, pack, load, receive stock and help maintain safety and accuracy targets.

We're looking for reliable, hardworking and motivated individuals to join a growing team across several warehouse departments.

Whether you have previous warehouse experience or are looking for a fresh start, this is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work, earn competitive hourly rates and potentially move into a permanent position.

Full training will be provided!

SHIFT TIMES – IMPORTANT! Initial shift:

09:00 – 15:30

From 14th November: 23:00 – 07:30 (Night Shift)

Please make sure you are comfortable with this change of working hours before applying.

MULTIPLE WAREHOUSE DEPARTMENTS AVAILABLE We’re recruiting across different areas of the operation:

• Inbound: Receiving, checking and processing incoming deliveries and stock.


• Outbound: Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch.


• Inventory: Completing stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.


• Sortation: Sorting and moving parcels throughout the warehouse. Please note that this department involves heavier manual handling.


• General Warehouse: Supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Depending on your department, duties may include:

• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders.
