Job summary

Consultora Excelsior in Milton Keynes is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives on permanent contracts with immediate starts. Roles include order picking, voice-pick system training, and using mechanised equipment.

Shifts include AM, PM and Night; fixed times 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00. Salary rates: £19.80 (AM), £22.80 (PM), £25.80 (Night) with overtime opportunities; 28 holidays per year, weekly pay, pension scheme, and employed status.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Able to follow instructions.
• Attention to detail.
• Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative or picker packer is an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Order picking products
• Picking using a voice automated system - training provided
• Use mechanically operated equipment
• Will include some heavy lifting ( max 5 kg)
• Work to standard Warehouse operating procedures in line with company policy.
• Maintain high levels of Health and Safety awareness and report any areas of concern.
