Job Title: Nights Warehouse Operative

£ per hour (£23,088 annual salary) plus a great range of benefits

Night Shift: Required 5 nights per week, Sunday - Friday (flexibility across 6 days, no Saturday working). Start times between 11:30pm - 06:00am.

Location: Newport, Isle of Wight

You don’t need previous warehouse experience to join us—just enthusiasm to learn and a desire to do a great job! If you’re friendly, eager to learn, and excited about progressing, we’ll provide all necessary training and development opportunities.

In this role, you’ll pick, pack, and check the quality of ambient, chilled, and frozen food items, preparing them for delivery. The role begins with a full induction, and with our support and optional accredited training—including forklift, first aid, and HGV driving—your potential is limitless. There are also opportunities to shift roles, move up, and develop your career.

Requirements include an eye for detail, comfort working in a cool environment (thermal uniform provided), ability to lift up to 25kg, and ideally, your own transport to reach the site.
