Rotating Shifts: Days 6am til 2pm, Afternoons 2pm til 10pm, Nights 10pm til 6am

About the Role:

AM 2 PM Recruitment is recruiting skilled and safety-conscious LLOP Drivers to join our client’s growing team in Foston. Flexibility to carry out various tasks, including crate stacking, is required. You will be a key part of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient movement of goods while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Counterbalance LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker) equipment safely
• Load, unload, and move stock within the warehouse and yard areas
• Conduct daily equipment checks and report faults or damage
• Pick and transport stock using RF scanners and manual handling as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas
• Follow all health & safety and site regulations
• Work as part of a team to meet operational targets and deadlines

Requirements:

• Valid and in-date licences for Counterbalance, LLOP, and PPT (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
• Recent relevant experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong work ethic, safety, and accuracy commitment
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Flexible and adaptable to shifts and duties
• Experience in high-volume distribution centres
• At least 6 months experience
