The Warehouse Operative is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. You will ensure all received goods are correctly labeled and organized into appropriate storage locations. Your duties include completing internal stock movements to supply production lines with relevant materials within set timeframes. You will work to maintain best practices, especially when using MHE equipment.

Under the guidance of our Team Leaders, you’ll be responsible for maintaining high product standards and achieving business KPIs.

You are required to cooperate with HelloFresh on all health and safety matters. You must take reasonable care of your own health and safety and that of others affected by your work activities. Report incidents immediately and raise health and safety concerns with your Line Manager.

What you will be doing:

• Unload and load trailers safely and correctly using MHE
• Ensure all goods received are labeled and organized correctly
• Use Matflo to track stock throughout the distribution center
• Assist with internal stock moves
• Maintain competency in relevant MHE equipment required for the role
• Keep the warehouse clear and address potential hazards promptly
• Report issues or problems to your Team Leader immediately
• Comply with Food Safety Regulations and HelloFresh quality standards
• Promote and support the site’s food safety culture to prevent deviations that could impact safety, quality, and legality of products
