Job summary

Culina Logistics is seeking Warehouse Operatives to join the Aylesford team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is night shift, 12 hours (4 on/3 off) from 19:00 to 07:00, in a chilled warehouse environment at around 3°C, with a salary of £37,219.42 per annum.

You will accurately pick stock and customer orders, build pallets, operate PPT ride‑ons, and ensure every order matches the profile while upholding health and safety standards.

• Ability to hit clear targets and KPI's.
• PPT experience is desirable.
• Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment.

Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for Warehouse Operatives to join our Aylesford team, supporting key retail warehouse operations in a fast-paced, modern environment. This is a hands‑on role where you will play an important part in keeping stock moving accurately, safely and efficiently while being part of a reliable and supportive team.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working 12-hour Night shifts on a 4on-3off pattern, including weekend work, from 19:00 to 07:00.

The role is based in a chilled warehouse environment, so you will need to be comfortable working in temperatures of around 3 degrees.

Salary: £37,219.42 per annum
