Job summary

Brakes is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative in Newhouse (Motherwell) on a Sunday-Thursday night shift, 19:00–04:30. Earn a £35,404 uplift for night work plus a £1,500 attendance bonus and a broad range of benefits.

Join a close-knit team in a multi-temperature warehouse handling picking, packing, replenishment and loading tasks. You will work as part of our dynamic operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately and safely, with support from a friendly admin team and a focus on food

Qualifications

• Good eye for detail and accuracy.
• Enjoy being part of a team.
• Basic language skills and ability to perform simple calculations.
• Comfortable working in a cold environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25kg.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack quality products for customers.
• Replenish stock and load onto lorries.
• Process orders accurately and swiftly, in line with health and food safety procedures.

Our Warehouse Operators are the heart of our business. Joining a close-knit team in our multi-temperature warehouse, you’ll enjoy plenty of variety as you get involved in everything from picking and packing quality products for customers, to replenishing stock and loading onto lorries. You’ll also be supported by our friendly admin team, so that every order is processed accurately, swiftly and in line with health and food safety procedures.
