Brakes in Reading is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager to lead a multitemperature warehouse and drive performance. You will motivate and develop a team, ensure welfare, and monitor adherence to processes while maintaining high standards to keep customers happy.

You’ll use data insights to improve performance, influence change, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Brakes offers a pension, generous holiday, flexible working, and product discounts.

A satisfying role

Motivating and developing a team of warehouse operatives, you’ll make sure everything in our multitemperature warehouse runs as it should. You’ll oversee the welfare of the team and be accountable for everything from monitoring adherence to process, to team performance and engagement. Accountable for a range of key metrics, through influencing your team to achieve you’ll help keep standards high and customers happy.
