Booker Group is seeking a Warehouse Operative for its Dry Chill operation in Banbury. You will join a busy warehouse team, handling picking, packing and dispatch with a focus on accuracy, quality and customer service.

The role includes working a 44-hour week with potential overtime, on a permanent basis. You will support health and safety practices and contribute to efficient stock handling and order fulfilment across our multi-temp logistics network.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Accurate picking and dispatch using voice technology.
• Check quality, shelf life and robust packaging for delivery.
• Ensure products are stacked to high standards for clients.
• Maintain health and safety compliance and report incidents.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve KPIs.
