Job summary

Booker Group plc in Banbury is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative (Nights). The role covers ambient, chilled or frozen sections within our multi-chamber warehouse network, requiring a can-do attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.

You will perform picking and dispatch duties, ensure product quality, and work with the team to achieve KPIs while complying with Food Safety and Health & Safety standards. Shift pattern includes weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Able to work a 5-day rolling rota including weekends and public holidays.
• Health and safety awareness and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Accurate picking and dispatch of goods using voice technology.
• Check quality, shelf life and packaging for delivery readiness.
• Stack products neatly to a high standard for customers.
• Collaborate with team to meet KPIs and operational goals.
• Adhere to Food Safety and Hygiene regulations at all times.
• Maintain a clean as you go work environment.
• Cooperate with other departments to maximise efficiency.
• Maintain professional conduct and support audits.
