Job summary

AWI Civitas in Bristol is looking for a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our logistics team at the distribution centre. You will handle day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound deliveries, picking and packing orders, stock control, and dispatching customer orders on schedule.

The role requires experience in warehouse settings, a strong commitment to punctuality, and the ability to work typical 8–10 hour shifts with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
• Reliable and punctual with good professional standards.
• Willing to work 8–10 hour shifts with potential overtime.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound deliveries, check stock, and inspect for damages.
• Accurately pick items using handheld RF scanners or pick sheets.
• Pack items securely, print shipping labels and load outbound pallets.
• Conduct regular stock counts and ensure correct bin locations.
