We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Warehouse Operative to join our logistics team at our Bristol distribution centre.

In this role, you will play a critical part in day-to-day warehouse operations, handling inbound deliveries, picking and packing orders, managing stock levels, and ensuring customer orders are dispatched accurately and on schedule.

Goods Inwards: Unload delivery vehicles, check stock against purchase orders, and inspect deliveries for any damages or discrepancies.

Order Fulfilment: Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations using handheld RF scanners or pick sheets.

Packing & Dispatch: Pack items securely according to company standards, print shipping labels, and load outbound pallets/cages onto transport vehicles.

Stock Control: Conduct regular inventory counts, report stock discrepancies, and ensure items are safely put away into correct bin locations.

Requirements

Experience:Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.

Professional Standards: High commitment & punctual timed.

Expected Hours: Typically 8-10 paid hours per shift, with regular opportunities for overtime.
