Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

1. Locate consignments to be checked and move to work station.
2. Open consignments and separate into individual products.
3. Scan 2D barcodes using a hand-held scanner.
4. Perform batch and expiry checks on all batches where no 2D barcode is applied.
5. Verify received stock on authorized websites, focusing on quantity, batch number, expiry date, supplier details, anti-tamper devices, and carton seals.
6. Report discrepancies, damages, or suspicions to the Line Manager and QA.
7. Create electronic records of product processing and authenticity checks.
8. Collaborate with other Goods-In Assistants for independent checks.
9. For non-pharma stock, carry out quantity checks and compare samples to the Master Reference File (MRF).
10. Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
11. Liaise with Production QC to resolve stock issues.
12. Quarantine stock as necessary.
13. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
14. Participate in tasks assigned by Supervisors/Managers.
15. Work closely with supervisors to achieve objectives.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Previous warehouse experience required.
