Job Description:

This role involves picking correct stock in the correct quantities, paying attention to:

1. Placing stock in containers to minimize damage, packing, and checking
2. Documenting customer invoices legibly and correctly
3. Ensuring customer invoices are presentable to customers
4. Maintaining neatness of shelves and aisles
5. Presenting complete orders (stock and invoice) for checking
6. Reporting to Line Manager if stock is incorrect, missing, out of date, damaged, or dirty
7. Assisting in placing the correct product in the correct location to maximize picking efficiency
8. Maintaining shelves in a neat and clean state
9. Ensuring picking shelves are never empty unless stock is unavailable
10. Reporting issues hindering efficiency and accuracy
11. Ensuring stock is correctly located and the shortest-dated stock is at the front (FIFO)
12. Packing customer orders and preparing them for delivery when required
13. Putting away newly delivered stock, adhering to FIFO
14. Participating in reasonable tasks as requested by supervisors
15. Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
16. Supporting all Health and Safety protocols
